Colon Hydrotherapy is an holistic therapy programme and your safety, comfort and dignity are of supreme importance to us. Most clients find the procedure relaxing and, unlike regular use of laxatives, is not habit forming. It exercises, tones and improves colon tissue

All equipment is sterilised internally and externally after every use with hospital approved sterilising solutions.
All other equipment is pre-sealed and used once only.

Before your appointment, we would ask that you try to eat lightly for a few days in advance by increasing your intake of fruit and vegetables and drinking approximately 2 litres of pure water daily. You will be asked to fill in a medical history which will be discussed with your practitioner to ensure the procedure is right for you.
